Absolutely no customer service.
Made two orders, one of them was cancelled automatically because a pair of socks was out of stock, so they did not ship either the bib shorts or the other items on the order and simply cancelled and suggested I go back and re order. When I tried, the bib shorts were out of stock in my size.
Another order has also taken forever to ship, I have asked to have it cancelled. Their online chat suggested I use the email support, which I did and their answer was "we'll see what we can do".. Yet to hear back, recieve a refund or my order.
Absolutely dismal service. I have purchased Assos instead
I ordered vouchers a week ago and was informed they were on their way. Apparently they were sent to Hermes who still haven't sent them to me. Cannot get any answer from Rapha, they were a birthday present which has now passed. Very disappointing.

HP states that express delivery within the EU can be selected as a paid option, but in reality the paid option cannot be selected.
I was in a hurry for a gift, so I contacted the customer center immediately after ordering, and the reply came two days later, saying that the item had been shipped.
It's been 2 weeks since I placed the order, but I haven't received the item.
The tracking information states that "Return to shipper requested".
May 29 I requested the customer center to redeliver the item based on the confirmation of the delivery status of the item and the above tracking information, but as of June 2, the customer center has not contacted me.
I like rapha products and have ordered many times, but the customer center is the worst.
Was given a jacket for Christmas which, unfortunately, wasn't for me. Went to Rapha website to return, but as it was bought in store you cannot return it on the main website (doesn't say this anywhere). Email customer service who told us to send it to the store. Went to the store website to look for returns. There is no process for non-in person returns. Emailed the store, who told us to email the main customer service department. Main department finally give us a printout to stick on the parcel so we can return it. Return was tracked and was delivered 3 days after postage. Took Rapha another 2/3 weeks to confirm they had received it and to send a refund voucher. Bearing in mind that Rapha promise full refunds with returns (no mention of vouchers).
Hey Rapha, your delivery and customer service is really bad. I’ve ordered online on the 23.02. and I am still waiting (16 days!). No update, no information about what is going on or when I can expect the order to be delivered. For a premium brand a really poor and disappointing service experience. Called your customer service hotline, got promised that Rapha will take care of it, but nothing happened and no one ever called me back or informed me.

Missing order - apparently dispached to DPD, but never showed up.
No response via mail, no response on the phone, no posibility for live chat.
Terrible. Paid extra for Sunday delivery and my order has not turned up.

Rapha Soho location in New York sucks they are very rude and not helpful at all they made me wait outside for 45 minutes and could not let me use the restroom after waiting that long and spending over $500 with them on that day,very disfespectful and they have worse website on the planet so sad! I will shop from Maap from today foward.
Went to the shop near Oxford Circus and had the best retail experience
Buying cycling shoes and got great advice and the shop was sensibly busy and safe.
Also my wife said the coffee was the best.......

I've been buying Rapha for years, and never had any need to complain about anything, but my recent purchases have changed all that.
When Royal mail were used for delivery, everything was fine, and orders were always delivered within specified time frames, however my my last two orders have been handled by HERMES, and my god, how bad are they!!
First order took 12 DAYS to arrive and was left at the wrong address.
Second order has been stationary at a Hermes depot for 4 DAYSII despite tracking it saying that it would be delivered to me three days ago. I suspect this is order is LOST!!.
Unless Rapha changes its delivery partner to a company that actually delivers, then unfortunately I won't be buying from them again.
Still awaiting an email response from Rapha
customer service has deteriorated as well !!

MY PACKAGE IS INDEED LOST, well done HERMES!
while Rapha continue to use them for deliveries, I will not be placing any future orders.
Full refund now received, as replacement is not an option. Items are now out of stock!!
Can't deny the premium/ luxury clothing. Its the best cycling gear I've had and the core range is very well priced for what you get.
I think Covid maybe impacted their online customer support. I often found myself dealing with agents that had very little knowledge or would never pick up the phone. The in-person experience is good though.
I have several Rapha products, both off and on bike clothing. Excellent quality. I recently had an issue with one item which wasn’t too old. Excellent customer service, good communication (all done via e mail). Can’t fault them in any way.
Great products, which I’ve been buying for years, but their continued use of Hermes as delivery company lets them down. Hermes are constantly losing parcels in their systems and taking weeks to deliver. Rapha is a premium company charging premium prices but they use bargain basement delivery
